Haven't been blogging for sooooooooo loonnnggggggggg!!!!!!!!!!! I don't even know what am I up to. I went to Huiting's 21st birthday. Met up with old friends. Make new friends. Took quite a lot of pictures. Just made it into a slide show:

Well, went to Paris and Zurich again. Was so cold in Zurich. Caught a cold. Shivering inside my room. But the best part of this Zurich trip? Aircraft delay! For 9 hours! So I earn lunch, I earn dinner. And best part. 2.5 times! Ok la. So the flu was worth it. But what wasn't worth it? I got to know that the aircraft was delay when I was about to step out of my room. Saw that piece of paper on the floor near my door. =.=

I hope I am not so lazy now. But I really am a lazy person. Very lazy person. So, I am going to upload my Paris photos, New Year photos and whatever photos I have in my next entry. Take care everyone!

i have not been flying...one whole week of standby...not called up. i'm totally not looking forward to my 21st payslip.

anyway, last trip was Melbourne. i wouldn't say it's a good experience there.
but happy to be able to meet up with Rain and JiaHui

argh ... damn suay lately ... took MC frm last week to now ... i wonder wat will happen to my career.. =s

just cut my hair. idea comes from my best friend, xueting. hee. now i can b short hair onboard.
went to manross's place tat day. playing around with Dzul's handphone. hee.

went to watch movie with Manross, Lawson, Jeremy, Dzul and Eeleen. Went to watch Rec. The movie really make me feel so dizzy right from the start.

Eeleen and Manross bought their new Sony Ericsson Xperia. Very nice phone. Will be getting it later. Hee.

so nice!!! can't wait to get my hands on the phone! was actually considering the Samsung innov8. But when I saw the Xperia. So nice~~~~ ^^

There's a roadshow outside Plaza Singapura. There's a promotion going on which makes the handphone really worth to buy. especially for Eeleen.

it has been so long since i last blog ... spider webs ... whatever... just simply too lazy i guess ...

well... i should have alot of pics to upload. the key word is SHOULD. well. it seems like when i work for quite some time. hmmm. the taking pictures n photos part seems to die off after awhile. probably cuz i'm visiting the same place? lol. i tink ppl whom i tok to abt my flts should noe wat i'm toking abt. i do still go sight seeing. travelling n looking ard still excites mi. ok. perhaps i m just simply too lazy to upload the pics as well. lol. i will find some time to do it. i tink. =x

anw. i m jus back from johannesburg. at first i really hate the idea of going thr. cuz i heard it's a very dangerous place. n the city risk was RED. so going out of the hotel is really sumtin i din wan to tink abt. bt well. going to the safari seems to interest mi. cuz i heard frm the crew that i actually got to hug the cubs. oh. tat sounds so nice. so might as well step out of the hotel n do some cubs hugging. well. i jus manage to upload my johannesburg pics.

it's really nice weather to go to the safari. cuz it's nt to cold. not too hot. jus nice for sight seeing. anw. we dun even gt to get out of the car. cuz apparently. it's safari is like wat we see in national geographic (@least that was wat i tot). the animals were nt really lock up in cages like those we saw in sg. so we gt to see in the car. n gt real close to the animals. even the lions.

anw. early morning we went breakfast

u gt to admit it's a very nice place for u to have ur breakfast. saw that fountain in the pic? it's actually a pool. thr's actually a sign indicating that it's a swimming pool. everyone's was fooled tinking it was a huge fountain. lol

after breakfast we gt some time b4 the transport came to bring us to the safari. so we walk ard in the hotel taking pictures.

really got to admit that the hotel looks grand. it's like a palace.

i'm back... finally can rest for abt 3 days. cuz i arrive early in the morning. tired from the long flight. bt it was fun though. upload pics!

Adelaide (again) bt tis time with ...

yup yup. doing the same adelaide trip again. same timing. same aircraft type. jus tat different set of crew. first solo. already mentor of someone! i myself also cannot handle my own job scope le. in the end ppl keep helping mi to do my ground prep. =s gt to be faster next time. luckily in the end other ppl mentor her instead. follow mi also no use. the blind leading the blind.

nt really much sight seeing. anw the wind is freezing. i was practically shivering. fazli wore onli t-shirt n jeans. poor him. only a scarf ard his neck to keep him warm. i tot i wont b needing my jacket cuz when i went adelaide during my SNY the cold was still bearable to mi. bt that day was really cold.

gt smoking friends on tis flight as well. after our dinner. we chill at the bar in our hotel. we gt complimentary drinks. i took beer. smoking gt to b done outside the hotel. so well. we gt to bear the chilling wind n smoke outside. saw sumtin in the toilet.

was wondering y is tis in the female's toilet? or is tis located at both male n female toilet? sg too conservative le la. makes us feel so surprised to see such things out station. lol.

nxt was my bangkok flight. it was a turnaround. so yup. we jus stay in the aircraft for 1 hr i tink to eat n prepare the cabin for the trip back to sg. it was a morning flight. although it was a morning flight. bt it seems like i'm still full of energy. i guess it's cuz i'm still new. thr r alot of things which i'm still nervous abt. lol. bt the set of crew is great. i share cab with a leading on my way to the airport. she was so motherly. i work with her during the bangkok trip as well. she keep asking mi to eat and eat. cuz she say i was too skinny. n tat i cant really pull a cart on my own! lol! bt overall was ok. after flight. i found smoking friends on board.

my link flight - zurich. 12 hrs long flight. nt to include reporting 2hrs earlier at the control station for briefing. it was a midnite flight. i was feeling kind of excited as well. e IFS super funny. he was telling us a few incident tat happens on board. i cant really rmb all. bt thr's one tat's super funny:

i went to tis place which i forgot wat is it call. rhinefall or sumtin. i tink this is the spelling. it's basically a very big waterfall. some say it's the biggest waterfall. actually i took quite alot of pics of the water fall. bt i duno is it the camera fault. or i dun really noe hw to exercise the function. the pics tat i took appear very dark. cant really c the beautiful scenery. and also wat my fren say is rite. u gt to b thr for the scenery. the camera cant capture everything. the feeling is nt thr when i look at the pics in my camera. bt i can rmb clearly hw it feels like when i'm thr.

packed my things. ltr need to double check whether i ve bring all my impt documents. must b ready. luckily i'm flying with one batch mate today. bt still. i gt to survive in the ltr stages. pray hard for mi. for my career.

finally i'm back from my 2 SNY. good to back!!!!

finally i noe wat is it like to b up thr. well. for my first SNY. i wld say it's quite cui. who ask mi nv study properly. lol. nw i noe tat it's good tat i noe my black n white well. so i muz make sure tat i study hard for my first solo flight!

first SNY - Adelaide
i wouldnt say tat the flight is tough. bt rather it's cuz i din prepare myself well enuff. n also i'm down wif a very bad flu. my ears r block throughout the whole flight. n the flu make it worse on board. bt my mentor is very nice. she's really a veri nice person. very soft spoken person. n very willing to teach. i'm glad tat most pple on tat flight r nice pple who r willing to lend a helping hand. really thank them for all the guidance.

when we arrive at adelaide. some one said tat it was a public holiday in australia tat day. some Queen's bdae. nt very sure also. so most shops r closed. streets were pretty quiet. nth much to see or do. quite boring to mi. bt anw. wat i needed was food! some pics i took in adelaide:

sumtin embarrassed happen in adelaide. i din actually believe tat such things will happen. lol. cum to tink of it. it's kind of funny. i tink i was too stress with work (apparently some one on board wasnt as nice as the other crew n giving us quite a hard time). i slp walk at nite! my god! n i woke pat up. i din really mean it. i couldnt control wat i was doing. if i could i wouldnt b slp walking. i was slp walking n shouting out tat we were late. n suddenly i woke up. finding myself n pat standing in the room. facing each other. i din noe wat happen initially. pat was abit irritated. i cant blame her for feeling tat. cuz it was in the middle of the nite. she went back to bed. i was left to tink wat had happen. i feel so bad. i apologize to her the next day.

*seriously speaking. i dun really tink it's my fault tat i slp walk n woke someone up. n if u r nt a sensitive kind of person. perhaps u shld jus keep watever comments to urself. i dun appreciate the comments tat u gave mi. i din say it out cuz i dun wish thr's any conflicts within the friendship. i appreciate n cherish every friendship. n i hope tat in every friendship. everyone will feel the same.

after the first SNY. i'm now more aware of wat is it like to work on board. n i tink tis makes the 2nd flight easier. n best of all. the 2nd flight is to taipei!!!

morning flight. bt still very awake to prepare my stuff! it was a full flight. bt still manageable. the crew was a bunch of very fun pple. my mentor was very good to mi as well. on the way to the hotel. my IFS wanted to tok to mi. i understand y he say certain things to mi. bcuz wat he say is essential if i wan to survive in tis company. i understand tat putting a mask every time is nt easy. bt i wld choose to tink that we r building up good image so tat ppl ard find u approachable n more willing to either teach u or to tok to u. a better impression set by oneself. it's hard in the beginning. bt i'm sure as time goes along. one day. perhaps one day. i will b like them. bt i still muz rmb who i m n whr i cum from.

the food is very nice. the 2nd dish was very interesting. first it's jus chicken with some alcohol inside. den ltr when we ate half way. the waitress came to poor in some mushrooms, fish cake n dumpling. den ltr after we cleared everything in the pot. left onli the gravy, the waitress pour in some noodles. tis made the noodles very nice cuz the noodles take in the rest of the gravy which made it hen you wei dao! lol.

after our dinner. we went to shi lin! bt i was too full to grab anymore things thr. so wasted! nvm. i believe we still gt chance to go thr!

sunday ... i can already feel monday creeping in ...

time really flies. i jus realise tat i flying next week! NEXT WEEK! kind of nervous already. zzz. i tink i worry too much abt alot of things. bt hearing frm wat xt has told mi after her 2 flights. seems pretty ok. perhaps jus tired and nt getting use to working on board, like we still duno where things are place and stuff. well. i guess i gt to fly once den i will really noe wat's like to be up there. i sure hope IT'S A GREAT WAY TO FLY.

it has been a tired week. training was fun tis week though. more practical. jumping into the pool. nice! gt exams on thursday n friday. thursday was the MCQ test. pretty ok. friday was more stress. cuz it was practical test. n the accesser look kinda fierce and strict. bt i tink he's quite lenient though. he give us alot of chances. well. looks can be deceiving. i guess he dun wish to fail any of us either.

still under training. going for training is like going hell for mi. it's not abt the dry contents of the lessons. bt every bit of it tat's making mi feeling so sick. SO SICK!

sometimes i really wonder why do human gt to put on mask where ever n whenever. it's making mi feel so sick. esp when u noe tat u gonna face it for 5 days per week. it's so unhealthy! n it's making my life filled wif so much misery tat i tink by the time i die. the number of yrs of unhappiness is more den happiness. oh god! well. if tat's wat i gt to go thru in my life. i jolly well gt to face it. jia you!

last weekend was so happy. it was our one yr anniversary celebration. =>
